By accessing or using PrimeTix you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. Each ticket admits one person and must match the attendee details provided at checkout. Venue security may request identification.

All prices are displayed in Philippine Peso unless stated otherwise. Service charges, taxes, and payment gateway fees may apply. Dummy payment methods simulate successful transactions for testing.

All sales are final except when an event is postponed or cancelled by the organizer. In such cases, PrimeTix will coordinate rebooking or refunds in line with venue policies.

Seat reservations are processed on a first-confirmed basis. Abandoned carts may be released automatically. PrimeTix is not liable for seating disputes that arise after successful payment.

PrimeTix acts as a ticketing facilitator and is not responsible for the actual performance, safety, or quality of events. Liability remains with event organizers and venues.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, providing accurate information, and complying with venue rules and local regulations.

Personal data collected through PrimeTix will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing tickets you consent to necessary data processing and communications.
